UK DELIVERY
- Our Standard UK delivery is £3.95. Please allow 3-5 business working days for delivery excluding bank holidays
- Express UK delivery is available at £6.95. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery excluding bank holidays. Please place orders by 1pm for next day dispatch.
- Free standard UK delivery on orders over £50
When your order has been dispatched you will receive and email confirmation. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us at hello@averieandco.com or via our contact page on our website and we will investigate and assist as quickly as possible.
RETURNS
As we take pride in all our products we make sure all items are checked and dispatched in optimal condition.
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We currently accept returns or exchanges, subject to stock availability on faulty items only. All returns must be sent back unused and in its original packaging with tags.
We hope you love our products but if you would like to request a return or exchange please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please quote your name and order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund our delivery charge and cost of returning an item will be the responsibility of the customer.
